For the pick-up service, it costs 1400 THB and needs to be reserved and pre-paid. We recommend you take a bus or taxi directly from the airport, because it is much cheaper and convenient. Bangkok is a busy city that you can find taxis at any time at the airport.

Our hostel is located in the heart of Rattanakosin Island, known as the Old Town. It is a perfect location if you are more interested in the sightseeings and parties rather than shopping or business. The nearest sky train station is Pinklao Station (2.5 km) and the nearest subway station is Sanam Chai Station (2.5 km). However, the cost of taking taxi is very affordable in Bangkok and you can also download Grab which provides affordable taxi calling service.

We provide 24 hours front desk service so you can check in at any time after 2 PM. If you arrive very late after midnight, please info us so that we will keep the reservation for you.

Our standard check in time is 2 PM and onward. If you arrive too early to check in, you can store your bags in our luggage room and we have a common area for resting.

If you make a credit card guaranteed or partially paid reservation, you can pay when you check in. We accept VISA and Mastercard with extra 5% bank service charge.

Yes, it does. We only accept guests at least 18 years old to stay in our dorm rooms. However, people under 18 years old can stay with an adult in our private room.

It is really depending on our room availability. At Jam, we apply the first come, first served policy and we don’t take any group bookings from any online booking agents, so you and your friends can only stay in the same room when there are beds available when you check in. We will try our best to arrange it but it can’t be guaranteed.

Yes, you can. We provide a storage room and a public shower room in our common area. You can simply ask our receptionist when you need it. We will assist you.

Yes, it is. There are bread, fresh milk, seasonal fruits, fresh eggs, etc. 

As we apply the first come, first served policy, you will be assigned a bed only when you check in. If it is very necessary that you must take a lower bed, please send a message to let us know the situation.

Of course you can join our activities and events! But they may not be the typical tour to some touristic spots nor with a fixed schedule. Kindly suggest you just ask our receptionists about it after you arrive so that we can explain to you better!
